COMPOSITIONAL APPROACH:
In order to make this second PSA seem like part of a campaign, I made sure to keep the same graphic standards as the first. The margins are .5" and most of the content is centered within these margins making everything feel very symmetrical. This composition is also fairly static because almost all of the lines are horizontal and vertical rather than diagonal. The repeating palette of blue, black, and white relate all of the elements to one another making them work together as part of a whole.
