Composition was very important in this PSA. As you can see from the above posts, I tried several different ones. The final comp really let the photographic and vector elements work together with the type to create a strong message as a whole. This composition feels very symmetrical because everything is centered on the midline and is static within the margins. The limited color palette of red, white, and black leads the eye through the message and down towards the call to action. In the revised version, I edited the text and logo to be more cohesive with the Humane Society PSA.
